Superb in every way. We stayed the year the ash cloud was erupted from the Icelandic volcano. We stayed for 3 days and then went back to Goa. We loved the hotel that much, that this year, instead of sitting in the airport waiting for 6 hours, for our connecting flight, we have booked another 3 days here. The only thing wrong with this hotel, is that it is situated on a disgusting filthy beach. You can't use the beach because of the rubbish that is put there every morning. But this isn't the hotels fault. Who needs the beach with this swimming pool?

Awesome Hotel

I stayed here in January quite a nice hotel set in nice grounds, the evening carvery was of very poor quality nothing was fresh all frozen no vegetables except frozen peas and carrots was really disappointed with the food. All the tea and coffee was the cheapest brands so could not even have a decent drink, the room was a nice size but not of the cleanest. All the bedding was clean but the valance sheet at the bottom of the bed was filthy, don't know when the last time it was changed. Housekeeping should be updated about this. Apart from this not a bad stay if we didn't have to eat there.

Disappointing.

Very poor hotel. I have stayed at heaps of Travelodge's around the US for several weeks and this was by far the worst. Non smoking room stunk of smoke, wifi didn't work, breakfast (advertised as included) wasn't there (no food), room wasn't serviced. Otherwise the room was acceptable, and shower hot. TV worked.

Could be better!!

Me, my husband and 5 year old daughter stayed for New Years Eve, on arrival I thought the suite was small for the money paid, the seating was not very comfy and the view from room 116 was appalling, we were facing council flats and there was a rather unsightly pub opposite, the windows had no way of opening but there was air conditioning. The bed was very pleasant and the staff were friendly over all. Being heavily pregnant my husband asked for a fan as the room was very stuffy we were offered another room!! I do think for £166.00 standard sky should be available rather than the limited TV channels. The breakfast was nice.

It is perfect

Very basic but clean, with a small en-suite (shower), the room had a carpet that was a bit stained, a not very comfortable king size bed, a small table, one plastic chair with two stools and an open fronted wardrobe about 18 inches wide that had only one shelf and four hangers, there was no room for anymore furniture! Breakfast was very good, but the evening bar area had rather limited seating.

Amazing. Elegant, relaxed, well located!!

Service was excellent...friendly and helpful staff. Common areas are beautiful. The room was comfortable, albeit a bit "blah". Bathroom was enormous...

I stayed here in October 2011 and had a fabulous time. Apartments were clean, warm and spacious. Staff couldn't be more helpful to me and my family. We loved staying so close to the sea and it was only about 20mins to get to town by bus. I happened to have left a belonging of mine and Lisa at the office sent it back to me free of charge. Would certainly recommend this place. Thanks

This hotel while it has good service is unwilling to look to the future and has one goal, the bottom line. I strongly suggest that if you want to use this facility call first as you MAY NOT park in their lot unless you are also in a room there.
