Friendly bar staff, with great cocktail knowledge

Very nice hotel and friendly staff upon check in. Nice, clean room with stunning views over Bristol. Restaurant was pleasant, with good staff but it looked a bit clinical. The bar was not very busy but had very, very attentive staff. The bartender, was very knowledgable with his cocktails. He offered to make us up some cocktails that were not on the menu just with us telling him what kind we liked! He even let us watch and join in, telling us why he was adding what he did! Fantastic staff and great cocktails! Will be returning again soon!

Dissappointing visit

Brilliant staff, in particular Michael on checking in.. very nice hotel... all spoilt by by a " rip off" car park charge of £18 and poor attitude of manager at Reception desk on leaving... left a bad taste. As a regular business traveller to Bristol.. I would choose a different hotel next time.
