Discounthotels does not claim ownership or endorse any images users publish on our site. The user assumes all responsibilty for the truthfulness of all the images and captions, their validity is not the responsibility of Discounthotels. By uploading images you are giving Discounthotels the non-exclusive right to modify and the display these images on our site.

All images posted must adhere to the following guidelines.

• No vulgar, pornographic, obscene, profane, illegal, offensive, insulting, objectionable images.
• No postings by children under 16.
• Only post original images that do not infringe on any copyright or trademark
• No files that are infected with a virus or any other malware that is intended or may result in damage to our computers or our users computers.
• 4MB maximum size.
• File format must be .gif, .jpg, or .png
